Growing up, I was a simple girl – put a computer in front of me, and I’d waste the entire day away playing dress-up or makeover browser games. It looks like nothing has changed in that regard, since it only took me about 10 minutes of playing Infinity Nikki to become completely engrossed. The open-world gem is a follow-up to Papergames’ beloved series of mobile titles spanning over 12 years, and arguably the best Nikki game yet.Headed by former Breath of the Wild dev Kentaro Tominaga, Infinity Nikki is unsurprisingly gorgeous, from its breathtaking scenery to the glittery outfits adorning the titular character herself. In fact, the game’s visuals are what managed to snag my attention first when I played. The crystal-clear droplets of water, shimmering fabric on gowns, and dynamic lighting are nothing to scoff at, after all – and it’s all just as good in action.Reigniting my passion for fashion Dressed to impress Open-world dress-up game Infinity Nikki feels like the perfect chilled out adventure, and I already worry about how many hours I’m going to spend in its photo modeOnce I was done reveling in Miraland’s gorgeous atmosphere, I realized that something else had captured my bo…

Metaphor: ReFantazio marks the beginning of a brand-new title from Atlus’ Studio Zero, but the upcoming JRPG still borrows plenty from Persona – including its unique calendar system. With just a few days to go before the monumental Metaphor release, the mastermind director behind Atlus’ beloved Persona and Shin Megami series reveals in an interview with Quest Daily how the calendar system has evolved – and why fans shouldn’t worry too much about time being restrictive. “You’re going on a journey in Metaphor, so each area has different activities,” Katsura Hashino explains.”You could be milking an animal in one place or bungee jumping in another. There’s a wide variety of things to do.” Engaging in such activities isn’t limited to any one destination, either. Players can pass the time doing basic real-world tasks in-game that add to its immersion, like reading a book or taking care of laundry. There’s also no need for fans to worry about missing out on anything at all, according to Hashino.”We didn’t want players to feel limited by time,” states the director. “You’ll be able to return later to places you’ve visited using a fast travel system, so you can do everything you want without…

Diablo 4 error codes are the last thing you want to see when you’re trying to make your way to Sanctuary, so you can continue your battle against the dark forces. Worse still, a lot of the potential issues can be down to server problems that are outside of your control, such as the Diablo 4 error code 315306 “unable to find a valid license” that is often the result of servers being overloaded during a big update or launch. Others such as the Diablo 4 error code 75 “problem authenticating account” can easily be resolved by simply updating the game to the latest version, though there’s always a risk of DDOS attacks, planned maintenance, and even Xbox server outages that can all cause connection problems and error codes to appear for players.More Diablo 4 guidesDiablo 4 Unique items

Super Earth’s finest have done it again, and Helldivers 2 players are one step closer to getting their massive new space station, despite feeling rather worn out by the bots blocking their way. Right now in Helldivers 2, Super Earth is working on the all-new Democracy Space Station (DSS for short), which is said to be a “a powerful strategic tool for reshaping the Galactic Map.” Things kicked off last month with a Major Order to liberate bot planet Clasa or Gaellivare, and after doing so, efforts shifted to the bug front in Turing to help the Ministry of Science do their thing and build a new Xenoentomology Center. This bug-shaped break was brief, though, as the next stage of DSS’s construction brought everyone back to the doorstep of the Automatons on Claorell, in order to liberate the planet and its deep-mantle mining complex from the grasp of the bots.To the credit of the Helldivers, all of these efforts have been going extremely well so far – just a few hours ago, Claorell was liberated, and as a result, a new alloy that can enable the DSS to handle FLT jumps through space can be crafted. What a win! Except right now, it seems that the community’s biggest win is simp…

Legend of Zelda stans have now discovered a brilliant brand-new strategy to cheese Echoes of Wisdom – drowning enemies in a lone cube of water.Echoes of Wisdom hasn’t even been available for two weeks, but players have certainly been busy. They’ve already managed to beat the game in under an hour with only four hearts and play as Link instead of the titular princess, but that’s not all. There’s another fun strat in town, and it involves using one of Zelda’s most overpowered Echo abilities – the Water Block. All she has to do is place it and pull enemies within its liquid confines. The most busted strategy in Echoes of Wisdom people have been talking about is that you can create a cube of water and drag most enemies into it and they will instantly drown. pic.twitter.com/y8NBcuDs4MOctober 3, 2024Some of Hyrule’s most formidable foes can be slayed this way, it seems. As noted in a recent post from writer Chris Person highlighting a clip of the strat in action, fans can just “drag most enemies into it and they will instantly drown.” I have to say, it’s incredibly satisfying to watch and is undoubtedly a genius use for the Water Block – and a good few other players responding to the vide…

Getting the Destiny 2 Microcosm Exotic weapon is quite simple as you just need to complete three special co-op missions in the Pale Heart, then collect the weapon from Micah-10. Unlike some of the other new weapon quests in Destiny 2 The Final Shape, you haven’t got to forage for collectibles or complete all sorts of errands, but the Co-operative Focus missions do require you to team up with other players and can be quite long. Regardless, this Destiny 2 quest ends with you getting a powerful and very unique shield-shredding, Kinetic-damage Trace Rifle that uses Heavy ammo, so it’s well worth knowing how to get Microcosm.Destiny 2 Convalescence: Budding quest to get Microcosm explained Convalescence: Budding is a simple Exotic quest that you can pick up from Micah-10 after completing the Convalescence: Rootbound, Underbrush, and Greenery quests. Budding tasks you with completing all three Destiny 2 Cooperative Focus campaign missions: Ascent, Dissent, and Destiny 2 Iconoclasm. Once you’ve complete all three, you can return to Micah at the Arbor of Light and get the Exotic Kinetic Heavy Trace Rifle, Microcosm. You’ll find the three Cooperative Focus missions as individ…

NHL sliders maintain a little-known modern tradition in EA sports games. By inputting specific parameters in the settings menu, you can tailor the NHL 25 experience to your liking – making it more difficult, or more realistic, or both. That’s what we’re aiming to do here. The numbers below should increase the challenge found within EA’s new ice hockey sim, and bolster authenticity too. All is explained in your NHL 25 sliders guide. How to input NHL 25 sliders You’ll know how this works if you’ve sampled our guides to Madden 25 sliders and College Football 25 sliders. All you need in terms of applying NHL 25 sliders is found in the settings menus. Jump into the game, then scroll down to the small Settings square on the left of the screen. The two key tabs are Game Settings and Gameplay Sliders. Go into these, then match the headings on the list below to each respective entry. Be sure to press R3 once you’re done, in order to save these sliders as a preset. If no value is listed here than leave that slider at the default level. Once you’ve made the necessary changes, play a few exhibition games to test out the new feel of the game. In th…

There’ve been a lot of mods for Red Dead Redemption 2 since its launch, with everything from visual enhancements to one that turns the action-adventure into a chill job sim, but this new creation from Twitch streamer and ex-software engineer Blurbs might just offer the weirdest way to play the game yet.Behold, Red Dead Redemption 2, but all of the NPCs are extremely drunk. This chaotic mod is pretty much exactly what it sounds like: every NPC in sight is constantly stumbling around, falling over, throwing up, and if they’re particularly unlucky, wobbling straight off the side of cliffs, straight to their doom. This continues throughout cutscenes, too, which – depending on how you look at it – totally ruins the story, or offers a truly bizarre new twist on it. You can get a glimpse of it in action below.I modded Red Dead Redemption 2 so that all NPCs are drunk, all of the time.Yes, even in cutscenes. pic.twitter.com/8heAqVlvZNOctober 7, 2024Since the NPCs definitely aren’t supposed to behave like this at all times, the whole gameplay experience isn’t exactly fine-tuned – they can even phase through poor ol’ Arthur Morgan when they fall over, which must be extremely…
